Sevanam is a 420 sq ft studio apartment renovation in Deira, Dubai, conceived as a bright, spacious and hotel-inspired home. The design uses efficient planning, integrated storage and a warm material palette of travertine-look porcelain, dark walnut, warm-cream cabinetry, ribbed glass and brushed-bronze details. Layered 3000K lighting, concealed illumination and soft furnishings bring warmth and depth to the compact interior.
